We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, as we wanted to explore the so many options around the city, but the bar is really cute. The bar makes you feel like you're in another era! They have an ample menu, and they compliment you with nice snacks for your drinks. Oh, and they give you a 2x1 coupon for the bar when you check in! As for the location, it is amazing, it's in the center of the little park De La Union, right across from the theater Juarez. Everything was walking distance, it was wonderful to be able to go back to hotel whenever it was needed during the day. I also loved that it has parking because we had a rental. The parking lot is super tiny, and it has cars one in front of the other. However, they have staff that takes care of the cars, so no problem with that all. It is super easy to get to the parking lot, there's a sign as you're driving down the road, and the staff is right there in the street to park the car for you. We'd stay there again.

Perfect hotel, amazing help with check-in and out, luggage transportation, parking, etc. The location is perfect, clean and very nice - loved the place. As the hotel is right in town center next to the main plaza, I was thinking that parking would be a big problem, but was amazing easy - the hotel has a fair private parking lot, to be entered by a road behind the main plaza, and 2 safe public parking places close by. So no worries with your car during your stay here. Rooms were very quite as they were reaching to the rear, comfortable and quite big. Breakfast perfect, and the help we got from everybody at the reception just awesome. I have some business guests coming here frequently int he future, and 100% will be happy to book here again. THANK YOU !!!

The location was fantastic and the architecture was beautiful, very old world. Staff were very nice especially the girl who checked us in 4/28/24 at 1000pm. I didn't get her name. The bar was classic, and the bartender made very good margaritas. A lot of people had complained about the noise from the mariachi bands right outside the window we had room 7, but once the heavy wooden doors were closed I hardly heard anything and it definitely did not keep us awake. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Upstairs terrace had beautiful views and we were the only ones up there the night we went up. Nice balcony off our room. Shower was hot and the pressure was good.

The location is absolutely stunning - very central and in a walking distance to major attractions and good restaurants. The rooms are quite small but cozy. A very nice design of the hotel make you feel in the other epoch. The parking lot is very small but the hotel staff helps to park your car at the premises when you arrive. Our experience is very positive.

No breakfast was included. The hotel is in a beautiful historic building in the middle of the historic center of Guanajuato. It was a little difficult to find as the streets are narrow and windy. We walked everywhere. There was a lot to see and do. The parking was very helpful and on site. The beds were very comfortable and the linens nice quality.
